SORP 1 SORP 10: Soluble oil based rust preventative/cleaner. Excellent choice for applications removing coolant and chips from ferrous metals. Will leave a uniform thin film of oil on the part that will provide 4-8 weeks worth of in storage rust protection. Ideally Suited for spray applications at 140-160oF at concentrations between 4-6%. The emulsifier package assures long lasting emulsion stability ensuring tacky free parts and washers free of oil and slime buildup. |

Alpha MSRP WTRG Aerosol CT 2200-RP: Solvent-based water displacing barium-free rust preventive specially formulated to produce a thin imperceptible residual film. This product displaces freestanding water and alkaline cleaner contamination and provides medium to long term in house rust protection. CT 2200-RP may be applied by brush, dip or spray applications at room temperature. Heating this product is not advisable due to a low flash point of 120oF. CT 2240-RP: Solvent based heavy-duty general-purpose rust preventive, 12 month minimum indoor rust protection. CT 2240- RP will displace freestanding water and replace it with a rust preventive film that is easily washed with a mild alkaline cleaner. This product can be applied by brush, dip, or spray. Flash point is over 140oF. CT 2247-RP: Solvent based general-purpose rust preventive. The petroleum carrier in CT 2247-RP deposits a wax film on parts that provides excellent in house rust protection for both ferrous and non-ferrous surfaces. This product may be applied by brush, dip or spray application at room temperature. CT 2150 |

CT 2A:-light film RP, won’t stain metal. CT 2-A is a solvent based. water displacing barium free rust preventive specially formulated to leave a light imperceptible residual film. CT 2-A will displace free standing water and provides short to medium term indoor protection. CT 2-A is used as received and may be applied by brush, dip or spray application at room temperature. Where water displacement is of primary importance, the dip tank should be equipped with a bottom drain for removing accumulated water. A false bottom tank is desirable to prevent parts from being dipped through rust preventive into water layer below. CT 4A: CT 4A may be applied by brush, dip, or spray application at room temperatures. Normally a single tank is adequate for dipping operations. However, if parts are extremely wet or dirty and where carryover is great, a two system will produce best results. Where water displacement is of primary importance, the dip tank should be equipped with a bottom drain for removing accumulated water. A false-bottomed tank is desirable to prevent parts from being dipped through the rust preventive into the water layer below. Aged films of CT 4A are easily removed with alkaline cleaners such as CT 147 by vapor degreasing or by wiping with mineral spirits. CT 5A: An oil dispersed non-staining rust preventive that leaves behind a light dry-to- the-touch film for indoor protection on steel and other ferrous parts. CT 5-A may be brushed on, dipped, or sprayed on at room temperatures. CT 5-A provides excellent water displacing characteristics while preventing stain formation when parts nest together. Rustop: paraffinic oil as a carrier rather than naphthenic. It comes in small ready to use quart bottles. Ideal for operators who need to keep tool fixtures and pieces from rusting during downtime or repair. CT 6A RPS 2354 (salt spray) |
